How We Take care
of your house

Damage caused by wear and tear is analyzed by our Inspection Team and if necessary we will inform the owner about maintenance or replacement.

Damage caused by guests is charged directly through the channels when applicable

Cleaning

Each house is always cleaned by the same team. This allows them to get to know each house very well and to be able to easily identify any problem or damages. Light bedding and towels are washed in the house. Heavy comforters are washed and cleaned off site.

Maintenance

We do a detailed inspection before every arrival, so necessary adjustment are made before the new check in. We always try to solve any problem and situations that our maintenance team isn't able to solve, we called a specialized technician.

Inspection

Before new guests check in, Our quality department goes to the house to check the cleaning and maintenance to ensure the LM Pristine quality standard. The house's access code is changed before each check-in for the safety of the next guest.
